Future depends on the development of teachers

Since I was elected to the National Assembly, I have been paying attention to the reform of the education sector. That is why he has been working as the president of the Mongolian Young Teachers’ Association since 2015.
Established in 2008, the Mongolian Young Teachers Association is a full member of the International Association of Teachers (NAFSA). It works with the status of a member of the World Education Council, an organization with advisory rights to UNESCO.

Currently, councils have been established in 9 districts of the capital and 21 provinces. The problem of education is related to human resources. Therefore, there is an urgent need to provide opportunities for young teachers to improve their knowledge and keep pace with modern times. In this sense, the “Teacher Development Academy” activity was organized in 2018 and 2019 in cooperation with the Metropolitan Department of Education. At the event, more than 200 young teachers from 9 districts of the capital gathered under the slogan “Sunrise of the mind” and expanded their minds with various knowledge and information on international education trends, ways of getting to know children, and developing creative thinking.
