After graduating from secondary school in 2003, he decided to enter the school founded by his father. Being the headmaster's son was a huge responsibility. Although he is a student, he is a shareholder of the school and will be involved in its management in the future, so it was important for him to be recognized and accepted to other students and teachers. Therefore, instead of being one of the active and excellent students, he worked hard to raise the reputation of his school and compete with students from state universities.

In his 1st year, he participated in the "National Championship Parliamentary Debating Tournament" and competed fiercely with the final 4 students of the state universities, which resulted in him becoming the best student. As a student, Uchral.N was a national champion of several national parliamentary debates, won prizes at the "Aggon" and "Mongolian Pride-Heritage" speech contests, won the first place at the "Law Student - 2006" academic conference, first place in the "Eureka-2007" teacher, student scientific and research conference.

He was successful in all the conferences held among students at that time and in 2006, he was selected as one of the 4 best students of the year in Mongolia and delivered his lecture "Methods to become a great student" at the State Palace. In 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, he delivered his lectures "Super Student", "Super Speaker", and "There is a solution to every problem" in the largest hall of Ulaanbaatar, "UB Palace". Published the books "Super Student" and "Super Speaker".

From 2004 to 2007, Uchral.N created more than 30 songs, 2 albums, and more than 20 music videos under the artist name "TIMON" and led the hit parade many times. In addition to his own songwriting, many of his poems have been turned into songs by composers.

After successfully completing his master's degree at the Limkokwing University of Technology, he received a master's degree in business administration (MBA) on the topic of "Successful introduction of a 360-degree system of work performance evaluation in the Mongolian higher education institution" at "Gloucestershire" University of Great Britain, and the Master of History (MSc) degree was defended on the subject of "Enlightenment activities of Tseveen.J".

In 2013, he received the degree of Doctor of History (PH.D) at the Institute of Mongolian, Tibetan and Buddhist Studies, Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, on the topic "International Recognition of Mongolia's Independence and Sovereignty /1924-1945/".  In 2019, he received a master's degree in international management on the topic "Changing leadership /on the example of the Oxfam humanitarian network" after completing distance learning at the University of Buckingham, Great Britain.

Uchral.N, who holds the title of National Trainer of the Legal Sector of Mongolia, presented "Some issues of improving the legal regulation of personal bankruptcy", "Researching the economic factors affecting the company's activities in comparison with the examples of some foreign countries", "The role of queens in the history of Mongolia" More than 30 academic articles such as "Using the PBL Model for Empowerment of Human Resources in Training" have been published in domestic and foreign newspapers.
